While we work to prepare your handmade items, please allow us 1-5 business days to process your order before it's shipped this excludes weekends and holidays.

 

Once your order has been shipped please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the system. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, and to resolve any issues please contact them directly from  tracking page.

Body Butta 

We will take precautions to try prevent the melting of body butta during transit. We can not guarantee body buttas won't melt during transit, but we will do our best to help prevent it from melting from our end by adding ice packs to packaging . If any reason your body butta should melt, allow it to firm back up at room temperature or pop it in the freezer/fridge. Melting will not affect your body Butta, it will still have the same benefits as before.

Shipping internationally 

If an order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or fees required by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee of the package.
